Manufacturing Process & Infrastructure
Details of Manufacturing Unit
Our factory is spread over seven acres and is strategically planned according to our manufacturing process. Our plant design ensures that the manufacturing process is well synchronized and facilitates speed.
Caging Section :
Here, cages are made of different diameters and length as per IS:458.The cagesconsist of spiral or circular rings of steel extending throughout the length of the pipe.The spiral cages are precise in length and thickness according to the desired diameter of the pipe. Accuracy is delivered by our advanced caging machine, under the surveillance of experts.
Molding Section :
The steel cages manufactured in our caging section are fitted into molds according to the required size of manufacture. The molds are entirely accurate in size, enabling us to manufacture pipes without variations in dimensions.
Mixing Section :
Here different raw materials are processed and Checked as per IS: 458.Utmost care is taken to get a perfect mix of water-cement ratio. Our ultra-modern concrete mixers enable us to achieve the right mix and consistency of concrete to be fed to the cement pipe.
Feeding Section :
In this section, the concrete produced in the mixing section is automatically fed in to the mold while being rotated on a runner at a controlled speed.
Curing Section :
After the pipe is ready, it is de-molded and left for curing in special curing tanks for a period of 7 days before the necessary testing is done.
Testing Section :
Since quality is the guiding force behind all our products, we take our products go through vigorous testing phase. We possess all the necessary testing equipment to ensure that the end product is at par or exceeds BIS standards. We conduct the following tests to maintain high standards.
1. Compression cube Test Machine. This tests the strength of the concrete according to IS456
2. Slump Cone Apparatus- This checks the water cement ratio.
3. Different types of types - This checks relevant dimensions
4. Permeability Test Apparatus - This checks water absorption as per IS 3597
5. Three Edge Load Bearing Test Machine. - This checks the strength of the pipe according to IS 3597 norms.
6. Hydrostatic Pressure Test Machine.- This checks the test pressure as per IS 458/359

Handling, Storage, Package & Delivery :
Handling products carefully and competently is an important part of our manufacturing process.Our facility has modern handling equipment that ascertains that there is absolutely no damage to our finished products. As the products we manufacture are heavy and difficult to handle we rely on modern cranes,trolleys and electric chain pulleys to maneuver our products to their final destination
Quality Assuarance :
We send all our Raw Material viz: Steel & Stone metal to an independent Laboratory for Testing.
Concrete :
We use only ISI Marked Cement 53 Grade. As for water cement ratio we maintain the water cement ratio with the help of a pre calibrated motor which dispenses water as per the cement content. Slump cone Test is conducted periodically. Cube Testing is carried out as per IS.
Caging :
All cages are checked by our experienced staff and are as per IS:458.
Mixing :
All coarse aggregates and fine aggregates are checked and are in complete conformity with IS: 458.
Moulds :
We make entirely sure that molds are kept in impeccable condition and that constant inspection is done to keep the molds in accurate shape.
